Here are some cute pictures from the parade. This one was a world war 2 vet, it made me cry.
Me and Ray have been so proud, all four of our grandfathers were WWII Veterans. That generation was really the GREATEST! Our last Grandfather just past away, and it really reminds you and makes you proud of their sacrfices. We pass their stories on, in hopes our children will also remember what they did. 
I tried to talk Chandler into getting close to Chester for a picture but this is as close as she would get! Mackenzi and her friend were just plain "freaked out" by the Elf.
There were tons of people this year.

Veterans make me cry too. My kids were at Carl and Judy's so I didn't light even one firework this year. OR have to go to the parade!
It looks like you had a good 4th. Thanks for writing about the veterans it made me think of our cute veteran grandpa!
I do love a good parade--and the veterans get me everytime too. Glad you guys had a fab fourth.
Sounds like fun- I love the fourth of July.. I'm a sucker for parades and fireworks!
