WE SOLD OUR HOUSE!!!!
EEEK! Yes, I am a little freaked out, but excited. Its always nerve-racking making sure it all works out -hopefully seamlessly. We have put an offer down on a home which is in "short sale". (I am learning new stuff all the time.) and to everyone out there who is a clueless about this as I was, it means the house is going to be in foreclosure unless the bank will accept an offer- that is usually below what the house is currently owed for- whew! We are finding this to be the case for many of the homes we are looking at, pretty sad, we have also heard that utah is the no 1 state- per ca pita- with the most foreclosures!
Anyhoo, I guess these homes can take a long time to go through, or ever work out, so everyone think positive for us! I will have to post pictures of the home when I can get some.
But I have to add- IT has a BASEMENT for my TEENS!! Yahooo!! So they can make all the messes they want and i wont see and wont yell! So here are some goodbye pictures of my house for all of you that have promised to come visit me in the last 7 years and have now missed your chance. :)

That is so exciting!! The actual moving part doesn't sound like too much fun... But getting to live in a new house and decorate will be so much fun! keep us updated!
